I would 100% recommend this stay over the other cave hotels. Nihat and his family go the extra mile to make sure that you have a comfortable stay! Esra, who makes the breakfast is a master at her job. She puts out 8-10 fresh dishes everyday, and makes it look so easy. The food is super fresh and super yum! The location is excellent, very close to the downtown area with wonderful views of the city and of the balloons in the morning. We loved all of it and would definitely stay here if we came back to Goreme! PS - Nihat also has an absolutely adorable tiny dog Chippah, she's a well mannered sweetheart!

I absolutely loved everything about Gedik Cave Hotel. The location is perfect , just a short walk to restaurants and shops. The hotel is super clean, cozy, charming, and has a beautiful view of the town. Breakfast was served daily and was always delicious, with a great variety. A big thank you to Esra, who prepared everything with care and was always so kind. Also to Celal, who spontaneously prepared a delicious meal for us and kindly picked us up after our Turkish night show. Nihat, the manager, made us feel truly welcome and was always ready to help with anything we needed, offering great tips along the way. This place, and the people, are truly special.

- Great location – just a few minutes’ walk to the city center, yet tucked away from the bustle. A scenic hiking trail right behind the hotel offers a spectacular view — highly recommended. - Best breakfast during my trip in Türkiye – authentic Turkish spread with great taste and variety. - Beautiful terrace view with hot air balloons floating by. - Warm hospitality – helpful with booking great tours (sunset ATV & horse riding) and flexible with late check-out for my night bus. - Small but cozy – clean and comfortable cave-style room.

EVERYTHING THEY REALLY TAKE GOOD CARE OF PEOPLE STAYING HERE EXCELLENT BREAKFAST LADY IN CHARGE OF BREAKFAST MAKE FRESH CAKES EVERY DAY EVERY DAY SHE PREPARED OMELLETE FOR US VERY NICE LADY WE ARE GOING TO MISSED HER THE BUFFET BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING THE VIEW OF THE BALLOON AT 5 AM WAS AMAZING THEY PASS VERY CLOSE TO THE HOTEL SWAT AND HIS BROTHER ARE THE BEST THE LADY IN CHARGE OF THE ROOMS IS VERY NICE THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING NEXT TIME IN CAPPADOCIA I WILL STAY AGAIN WE GOT A CAVE ROOM

The staff made the time here. The guy who checked me in, didn't catch his name, and the guy, Eren, who was there for the rest of the time I was there went above and beyond to be kind, chatty, and helpful. The room itself was quaint and well stocked and the appliances provided were in good working order and modern. The terrace gave incredible views and the views from the room were just as good. Breakfast is included but I didn't have the opportunity to try it so I can't comment on that.

This is a clean hotel with excellent service. It is conveniently located near many restaurants and for easy pickup by the hot air balloon company's shuttle. The hotel owner was extremely helpful, accommodating and polite. He correctly advised us which were the best hot-air balloon companies to book with. In addition, at short notice using his contacts, he was able to arrange an amazing, over 2 hour long, private quad bike tour with a guide for around £20 per person.

Cute spot for families to stay, could probably eat out as breakfast has small variety of things. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Cake was lovely and some things from breakfast and the Turkish tea was excellent. Loved that it was all homemade.

Nihat, the host, is super helpful! He organised my balloon ride (his brother was the pilot) and we were the FIRST flight of the day, literally the first balloon. The accommodation is exactly as photographed. I didn't find it cold, even though it's a cave hotel.

The hotel is situated at a great location. The staff at the reception area was wonderful, special thanks to Alex who went above and beyond to make sure my stay was very comfortable. My cave room was roomy and comfortable. The terrace on the 5th floor has an incredible panoramic view of the city, and early in the morning, you can watch the hot air balloons taking off, an incredible experience not to miss! The breakfast was nice. I enjoyed my stay there, it was an unreal experience staying in a cave room. I’ll definitely recommend Gedik Cave Hotel to friends and family.
